Breathing Classes for Schools and Children

Teaching children how to improve their breathing through fun group breathing classes is a great way for them to deal with anxiety, stress and conflict. 

 

Studies show that breathing exercises increase focus and attention, enhance happiness and positively impact social behaviour. From a neurological and physiological perspective, deep belly breathing lowers the heart rate and blood pressure, increases the mind’s ability to focus and learn by slowing down the amygdala and supporting the higher brain function in the frontal lobes.

I have over 15 years of experience working with children and teach classes for groups of children of all ages.
