Group breathing classes and sessions for charities
I teach classes for groups and charities to help improve your breathing and stimulate your health and help you deal with anxiety and stress.
Classes are taught both online as well as in person.
Studies show that breathing exercises increase focus and attention, enhance happiness and positively impact social behaviour. From a neurological and physiological perspective, deep belly breathing lowers the heart rate and blood pressure, increases the mind’s ability to focus and learn by slowing down the amygdala and supporting the higher brain function in the frontal lobes.
