One-on-one private breathing lessons

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

We will start by analysing your key breathing metrics and the potential health implications of your breathing.


We will discuss the bio-mechanics of your anatomy and breathing and run through some exercises to improve your breathing and strengthen your breathing muscles. You will also learn an active breathing meditation exercise to use daily. The class is an intensive dynamic process where you will feel relief immediately.


PHYSICAL BENEFITS

 

The class involves an active workout of the lungs, diaphragm and intercostal and other key breathing muscles, which will positively affect your lung capacity. Better breathing also results in improved blood and oxygen flow to the brain and body and a host of other health benefits.

PSYCHOLOGICAL BENEFITS

 

Deep breathing exercises can support meditation and mindfulness. This has great psychological benefits. Increased oxygen flow and intense relaxation help you to release anger, sadness and other mental blockages.
